Few days back airtel changed PCR, PMT, Audio/Video PID settings of many channels, now all old recordings of these channels in stb r not playing. Invalid CA Viewing Packet error appearing on screen.

They had changed settings on 1st October so all recordings before that have been impacted

Airtel already had one issue related to recording, one has to remain subscribed to the channel/s to access their corresponding recording. Previously even Tata Sky had this shortcoming but addressed it very quickly. Hope they wake up to this asap.

Also airtel should launch English Genre specific base packs. There r many who just wish to watch only English Channels alongside infotainment, music, sports channels. Such base packs will be of much help to such subscribers

I noticed that something wrong happen on PTC Punjabi channel no. 555, whenever i try to change channels by pressing side buttons and I click ok on PTC Punjabi it automatically give set reminder option. So need to use ch + - buttons to view this channel.Even watching time when move channel through side button it stucking and hanging on this channel.
Anyone else notice same issue

Just guessing but what if airtel hops onto GSat 31, it is originally replacement for Insat 4CR which was old satellite of airtel. Already government has requested broadcasters / operators to make a shift towards indigenous satellites and airtel riding on dish d2h meger will be looking for new satellite on which they can run operations for both companies or even have ST2 as additional using mono block lnb if need be.

This migration will taken some months or longer , till then respective contracts will expire too. Also 74° E orbit has been retired by ISRO. I remember reading this some years back, 83° E is the most prime orbit which all like

15 is IMF .. Yes u can easily waive off IMF by calling cc not email .. around 180 recharge will be safer side to view ur uninterrupted service

@dino29 bro that's problem is from last week also in set hd, abp news.

Actuall those channels on which EPG time is behind by 3 mins, they r most probably being uplinked from New Uplink Facility hence there r tech glitches noticed. Even while switching from such channels to other, recording in progress icon auto pops up

Hope all things r cleared soon, airtel digital tv 11th anniversary in next few days... I was hoping for some big announcements

like pause...Rewind... Record... not working with HD DVR box..
Other channels working fine
