A strange experience:
I reached out to my dedicated relationship team as an Airtel Black customer to activate recording feature for my STB.
They said we don't have any recording option available for any STBs as of now.

I activated the top-up from Airtel Thanks app and it started working.
It's high time that the operators train their CC executives to provide proper information.

All Airtel packs don't have region restrictions. You can activate any pack based on your choice of language.

On buying new connection, by default local language pack is Auto selected but you can change it by telling the technician to activate your preferred pack or Change it later on Airtel Thanks App

Yes plan availability is based on your pincode only but some plans don't have any restrictions.

You can activate some plans by changing pincode.
