My Comeback to Airtel

Finally after 6 - 7 months break i reactivated my inactive airtel digital tv connection

Previously used dth is not adding tamil channels. They don't consider customers request. so i decided to reactivate my inactive airtel dth connection.

When I connected my setopbox error 14 arrived , after that I contacted customer care service they said to me do recharge 15 rupees initially then recharge your favourite pack then error code will gone. Yes It happened.

REVIEW : (compared with my previous experience)

Picture quality of HD channels awesome as usual, sd channels picture quality is good, audio is perfect in most channels

I realised Some sd channels picture quality reduced, audio quality of some channels is not good

After 7 months back to airtel dth is happy thing to me

Signal quality in some channels low. Any way to increase it?

How much signal quality is better?

Many channels signal quality 14 to 15 (green color)

In some channels signal quality 11 to 13(yellow color)

Signal Strength 80
 
Mega Musiq takes lots of work to add in my pack, now same thing happens to remove.

Very hard to remove this channel still not showing in Airtel Website and Airtel Thanks App.
