I do not have any official information bro, am just a regular customer but surely i keep on trying to decode possibilities based on activities/changes which r done by airtel or broadcasters on a daily basis , also there r certain things which r quite likely to happen as these r needed to provide better services or expand and again as a customer i research, analyze and pos the possible outcome here.

Ofcourse at certain times there is news available from official articles or other sources and i do mention it here with complete facts.

This is a big development, though i might often associate it largely with 5 rollout but airtel is building a robust content aggregation and delivery and continuosly working to improve on this.

With CDN service rollout i expect that we might get Live TV over Internet / IPTV facility soon from airtel and XStream box / app users likely to get access to many live internet based channels on XStream App apart from regular channels we get thru satellite / dish and regular/ internet based live tv channels count & content availability may increase on app. Catch Up TV services too might b expanded to other channels both on XStream box and app. Above all streaming experience will be greatly enhanced with lower latency, less bandwidth consumption and fast browsing speed.

Even expecting more accurate segmented content being displayed for customers based on their location, preference

There r other major advatanges for airtel 5G and Broadband users too which u can read about in different articles including one listed above.

There r many other great changes which will b outcome of this but have not not time to delve deep into it. I am sure senior members and experts can further elaborate upon the major benefits while discussing it here and on OnlyTech forum
