white colour is not bad signal quality its average signal quality

:no It's bad signal, may be STB tuner issue. I requested the technician to replace my stb for this issue, he checked signal with another stb. In that stb signal quality shows green color. But my stb shows signal quality in white color & signal issue in Malayalam channels....

And the Technician confirmed that if we get signal quality above 55% in satellite meter, we can see signal quality green color in STB.....:tup
