Hi friends i couldn't able to downgrade/ upgrade my packages through selfcare portal. pop up is coming to contact customercare...anybody else facing this problem?

Have you tried with d2h app...?

Try with d2h app, if it also not working contact cc is the only way...:s

Saj bro today i called contacted sr. Supervisor he told me as u r in roi and using south pack so u can't upgrade/downgrade via website or app so you've to call us for doing the same
Really disappointed as I'll miss the HD trick: (
