Saj bro today i called contacted sr. Supervisor he told me as u r in roi and using south pack so u can't upgrade/downgrade via website or app so you've to call us for doing the same
Really disappointed as I'll miss the HD trick: (

Roi customers plz check whether u all facing upgrade/ downgrade problem via infinity app/website when using south pack
