Yes i agree but pop up message says downgrade is not possible as some changes in account are scheduled,please raise SR for the same so i'm asking what it means???

Yes you can subscribe Ala carte without package but you should choose channels cost minimum Rs.170/-

You may be using South pack in ROI region so this error coming
it cannot be rectified until you moves to ROI pack again

For any Ala carte HD channels no need to pay hd access fee, only the price of the channel.

this is very flexible option here in videocon d2h
also HD channels ala carte prices are not expensive
starting from just Rs.23 pm for most of HD channels
