Could someone advise on the above issues.. Even am getting this error now. D2H CC have no clue about this. They are asking me, if they need to send technician for this error..

No bro. I'm not using KKW offer or any other tricks. I'm in normal SS pack, but still getting this error. The worst part is neither CC nor Nodal officer have any clue about this

If ur using South pack in ROI then online up/down grade not possible
