I thought of, but still it is an important thread and so left sticky. If someone is ready to do the update on this thread, please post a reply in that thread or in this thread within this weekend (Sunday midnight). If no one interested, I will unstick the thread and also close the thread.

i have some problem in d2h. but d2h customer care very bad. my call not contact and not send mail. mail also show failure from d2h. very bad feel from d2h

Hi Guys,
I am planning to disconnect D2H and apply for new airtel connection, to improve SD picture quality.

What are the formalities I should do. Does the subscription disconnected automatically if I don't recharge, I am currently in annual south HD platinum package.

Do I need to return settop box and dish myself, or does D2H people come and pick them up. what will happen if I don't return. I don't remember giving any deposit though (in case no one come to pick up).

1) you can stop recharging to your D2h box...

automatically your d2h Connection will be paused....

2) No need to give your STB & dish to them

if you Return them
Then also they won't return you the box price....



3) if you want to terminate your d2h & get the balance money
ex - 200 or 1000..so on.... in your account

then you can give that Rs.1000 costed STB&DISH to them for free..

Good decision
if videocon d2h asks about STB, tell them I will recharge soon
& try to grab good retention offers from them as well
