Not sure this has already been discussed or not. Why Mtunes:hd is not having 'HD' in it's logo like TS?
1. TS added 'HD' in the logo.
2. D2h is showing upscaled :hd of it's SD feed.
Which one?

Not upscales hd bro... Its true :hd without hd logo.. :tup

M Tunes originally have HD feed only. It's SD version is a downscalled one of its HD.
TS adding HD for all HD channel that is not having HD word in the logo. Not only for M Tunes.

well, in that case, Why m tunes HD having more ads than a normal HD channel?

Irrigation? Is it irritation (Irritating)?
Compare the number of ads for M Tunes :hd and any sports :hd channel during a cricket match. You'll find much much more ads for any time duration.

BTW, another query: Heard something about maximum allowable ads duration during any programme. Is that still in effect and if so, is it applicable during cricket matches?

It is into effect. But not sure if channels are following it..

I never watch sports channels
So I don't know much about ads of such channels
But m tunes should not show such a high quantity of ads
That's why I don't like to watch this channel

Today I mailed d2h Cust. care regarding unavailable channels (Star Pravah HD,Colors Marathi HD, Maharashtra 1, Rishtey Cineplex, Zee Cafe HD )on d2h platform.
