but hindi cc r good. yesterday was the first match of ipl n i dint have sony max at that time. so i called cc n changed my a la carte package to south 241 n within 2 hours the new pack was activated. so just after its activation, i online selected a la carte channels of 169rs minimum n it was activated on the very same day eventually.

so cc of tamil n north r totally different.
as in ur case cc is lacking in knowledge which is never happened with me.

If you read the full story you can understand that cc are not lacking knowledge. These problems are because of activity that they are doing during midnight. Cc clearly told me the same. Since I shouted at him he transferred the call to his supervisor.

When someone who is there to solve your problem is not solving the problem everyone will get tense. And here in this case he said it will take 48 hours to solve the problem though I already started paying for the service.

my hd stb 2244 having problem with volume and pictures, when change channels some time picture not shown on tv screen & some time volume not listening. What can i do, some advice or help me

ur stb model must be hd 2244 rf. i am using hd 2244 ir which is a standard def box but i think the software is same. i was facing same sort of issues and also epg was not updating properly. i called cc they sent their engg he updated the download id on the box to 25. earlier it was 21. check urs.
