Today Called NODAL Officer & CC head

& harshly s/told them im waiting for you confirmation that "if no KIX in this season I want to go other platform" & they both told that we talked with them(Sony) & will add that soon...

Spoke with Maharashtra Nodal Officer few moments back and it is apparent to me from the conversation I had with him about the following -

1. Either he is clueless about what is happening in the dth industry as he was still saying that they are the no. 1 tru HD channels provider in India even after I told him that Dish TV has now only one up scaled HD channel and not like earlier.

2. He told me that their channel addition team adds 2-3 channels which have high trps and removes 2-3 channels which has low trps. When I asked him about Star Sports HD4, he was saying that it first comes to Tata Sky since it belongs to Star etc. when I told him that it is now in all major dth except d2h and it is more than2 months since its launch, he could not give a proper answer.

3. He was telling me that there was limited no of transponders in India and so channels can only be added one at a time and not all at once. So I asked him if by that he was meaning that there was a space issue at d2h, he said no.

4. He failed to give me any timeline of addition of HD channels or Sony Kix etc. so either he is ignorant or d2h does not have any intention of adding such channels in the near future as I asked him if these channels would be added in this month, next 3-6 months or so.

So at face value, either the nodal officers are not aware of these issues or d2h does not have any clear plan to add HD or important and demanded channels like Sony Kix very soon.

Yes bro, even when I talked to AP Nodal officer,
He keep on telling that "we are discussing with them(channels)"
"we have no information"
"we will add them soon"
"we have taken your feedback"

I think they are fools or making us fools
(ex:- when I called for NEWS 7 addition, CC & Nodal officer told that "we have no information"
& that day mid-night CHANNEL ADDED!!!
