Bro....when googled it out...the news about merge or acquisition is dated back to July / Aug...and since there is no updates available.....So basically it is not a confirmed news that the 2 dth companeis are going to be merged....

As far as the current scenario...both of them are concentrated on their own line of business...... and lets hope d2h adds the pending HD channels, available in the Indian market......  :sp :sp
