Looks like &Xplor will b retired soon, since last few months its schedule is not being refreshed... Each movie playing at same exact time each week... I have watched chale chalo airing one thursday at evening and subsequent thursday evening is allocated to Swades. . This is repeating for a long time and same goes for other movies. This channel also now in sleep mode like Star Gold Select

The one thing in favour of SGS is good distribution (HD available on all DTHs except Sun Direct) and availability of an SD feed. &xplor HD is only on Airtel (DTH, not Xstream) Fastway and Zee5. Not even Tata Sky and JioTV. Lack of distribution is slowly killing the channel.

SGS was comatose for a long time and &xplor HD is going to the grave as well.

Only Star World has new episoded of a 2020 show which is Homeland on air. As the episodes were shot throughout the last year. Rest are all tv premier. And most of the content on English tv are network re-runs.

Sony under tremendous pressure to give bollywood content more space on its chs. Sat, Sunday schedule of Sony Wah had originally max time dedicated to dubbed cinema (check their official website schedule ) but now last min changes made and both days filled with mostly bollywood films (check operator prog guide)

when OTT platforms has been launched, repetitive english movies are being broadcasted on tv channels. they can broad cast old collection movies, good move by DD National channel in old shows to remember our childhood back.

Discovery HD world: no new content in shows, earlier in launch of this HD channel was showing The world from above.
National Geographic Channel: earlier in launch of this HD channel the shows and content was so good and interesting.
Discovery Science: old programs and no new content.

guys most of the people are working from home and its difficult for every body to watch shows in OTT Platforms
