Merger with Disney happened way back in 2019 and joint agreement still continues. Nothing new in this as many other Disney and its subsidiary company shows or movies have such sharing/ syndication agreements in place across different territories. Also incase of some content produced or co produced by them, they do not own satellite / OTT rights of the same and these r with rival platforms. Reasons vary for each of such agreements not being with Disney

Abp ananda and abp news ( not sure other abp network news channels giving same music or not as i not watch that channel) should change their breaking news background music coz in serious news their music of headlines felt funny
