Same and shame. ABP Ananda had a better urban sounding theme.

I hated ABP Ananda’s old music and was so glad when they changed it after 15 years. I love the current theme music of the ABP network.

Coincidentially, as Disney Star has launched many HD channels today including several South ones, today is the 6th anniversary of the launch of Gemini Movies HD, Gemini Music HD, Udaya HD and Surya HD. It was a Wednesday as well.

Sadly Sun seems to have backtracked on launching Udaya Movies HD and Surya Movies HD, or else the former could have started a trend of Kannada HD movie channels (as Zee Picchar HD is not on any DTH) and the latter would have given competition to Asianet Movies HD. Hope at least Sun BanglaHD and Sun Marathi HD come soon!

Bindass should rename as Channel [V] and also in HD.
Music genere looks so weak in TV .Not a single Punjabi music channel in HD and not a single non filmy music channel in HD

We all know that be it World Cup or IPL, Sony Max used to telecast Cricket during 1999-2017. Now today I came to know that Sony SAB also used to telecast cricket. Not IPL but World Cup matches, Test matches & other tournaments. The picture you see is from 2008, just 4 months before the launch of TMKOC.

Disney India official instagram page no updates regarding Disney channel HD, only name is india but no updates about their kids channels
Disney Junior & Hungama offline...
Super Hungama official page not available in Instagram,

ETV Bal Bharat, Cartoon Network, Pogo, Sony Yay, Nick, etc... always active in social media even updates also available in their pages,

A big company "Disney" not maintaining properly I mean not only social media activity even content also,

ETV Bal Bharat Purchased Sony Pictures Production animation movies,

Disney have their original movies but still maintaining worst.

I tend to agree that they should promote shows across their kids channels via Disney India social media accounts or even better have dedicated single or separate social media accounts / handles for their kids channels. Earlier Disney Channel India, UTV Movies, UTV Action and even UTV HD had separate official accounts which were active and provided various updates related to content or other things, later they were rendered inactive by disney....at that time disney had not acquired Star India/Fox assets. I even wrote to Disney and sometime back even to Disney-Star to restore these social media accounts. Hopefully same will be done soon, more so now with Star Gold Romance and Star Gold Thrills launched (rebranded version of UTV Movies, UTV Action) there should be dedicated social media accounts for it....old UTV Movies, UTV Action social media page on Facebook still has many followers so they can restore the same by renaming it.

However i feel they r trying the unified social media account approach wherein though Star World Premiere HD initially had separate social media accounts but later was merged into Star Movies social media Account/Handle, similarly Movies OK had dedicated social media account but when it was rebranded as Star Gold 2 then it social media account was merged with Star Gold ....same goes for Star Movies Select.


Still "Test" watermark is visible on Star Gold Romance, i think from 1st April these channels would get a proper launch....right now soft launch phase might be on. Let's see what is in store.

Disney Channel HD might also be in test phase, once it officially gets launched then Disney-Star would announce it via their social media accounts

Last time saw "Hollow Man-2" movie in &flix HD in English only,
Now &flix HD introduced Hindi audio feed to that movie,
It's a Good move,
&Flix HD have total-72 Hollywood movies with Hindi audio feed,

Sony Pix HD 27 movies only very strange 27 reverse 72

Yesterday night Mission Impossible - Fallout was aired on Star Gold 2 and Star Gold 2 HD. I watched the movie on HD feed and really loved the whole viewing experience, superb audio + video quality and there were almost no ads as this is a new channel and still not many brands would have bought ad slots on it. Even Audio + Video quality on SD feed was awesome
