Black Adam (2023) will have its Indian Television Premiere this Sunday 12 PM and 9 PM on Star Movies SD / HD (English) and on Star Gold 2 SD / HD at 1 PM (Hindi Dubbed)

Disney Star doing good job regarding "Hollywood movies in Hindi" on Star gold thrills,
after revamp from Utv action to Star gold thrills they telecasted so many Hollywood movies,
But when compare with star gold 2 HD better if they rename as star gold thrills HD,
atleast better if they change channel aspect ratio to 16:9.

Note- Ghostbusters-1,2,3 not available in Telugu but telecasted by ETV with good dubbing.

Channel V India YouTube Channel is again active and posting content....... Maybe Disney-Star will first check the response received from audience on digital platforms and later on if they get good viewership / engagement on YouTube then maybe Channel V will get relaunched as a Linear TV Channel too

I don't think so. It's star's strategy to upload old serials on YouTube across all channels. Did witj star one and now doing with channel V.

Buddy there is a lot of difference between 2 things

- Usually when a channel is shutdown then the broadcaster uploads content of such channel on official YouTube channel of their others channel/s belonging to same genre or in some cases even of other genre. Also if a channel is shutdown and simultaneously undergoes rebranding then again we see the broadcaster uploading old content belonging to the older version of the channel on the same official YouTube channel. Lastly in some cases if a channel is shutdown then either broadcasters delete its official YouTube channel and/or social media handles while in some cases such handles/YouTube channels undergo name change


- Now coming to what has happened in case of Channel V India YouTube Channel, well channel got shutdown way back and its social media handles + YouTube channel remained defunct but was not deleted or renamed.....now Channel V India YouTube Channel has been again revived and posting content hence there is a strong possibility of the channel relaunching on TV too if gpod response is received on digital platform.

......also tell me examples where u have seen YouTube Channel / Social Media handles of a defunct channel again being revived to its original form ......usually u will see either of 3 scenarios which i mentioned above in 1st para happening while the what has happened here is not at all a common occurrence and usually indicates definct channel getting relanched either as digital + maybe later as a TV channel

I also have the same opinion that it's a part of Star's recent strategy of uploading old episodes in full on YouTube everyday. Most of the Star network YouTube channels are doing this constantly now specially Star Plus,Star Suvarna, Asianet,etc. They are making use of old stuff and in that context there is no more Channel V so it makes sense that Star would have decided the same strategy for Channel V.

So buddy, if you can see clearly there is an evident resemblance in the pattern with other Star channels. The similar pattern can be like uploads on frequent days, similar time for uploads,upload with episode numbers,clear indication in playlist section that they are uploading full minute episodes and not some random 5 or 10 minutes,uploads from episode 1,etc.

Also why would Star again revive it's music genre now with the merger with Reliance coming soon. Does it make any sense? Moreover the classic audience of Channel V and the audience for the shows of the channel have shifted probably to OTT in search of similar content !
