have u managed to get your signal issues fixed ??? how many connections you have

Its not yet fixed.But customer care had called me after having some discussion with technician(who had visited yesterday) and said that they would fix the signal issue from their end without visiting.
Do not know how can they fix the signal issue without a visit.
I have one connection.

How can they fix signal issue from their side ???hearing such a thing for the first time

Even I was surprised, he had said to wait for 48 hours.I know nothing is going to happen.
As long as we are able to view the channels, they are not at all bothered.

But as per the pic u posted, on channel 100 ur getting 100% signal quality right ??? Only Channel 2031 is low

But again if I check signal individually for SD channels , they are very low.
Signal Quality hovering around 15-20 range.

So ur facing similar issue what i am facing. GSAT Signals are strong, i am getting 80-90%. INSAT signals are 20-30%.

Channel 100 is 80%, home TP is 100%
