GSAT 10 to be positioned at 36000 km and 83 degree

Hi friends,

GSAT 10 to be positioned at 36000 km altitute and at 83 degree.

Then the testing of validation of Ground segment (mission control centre,
reference stations, uplink stations and ground network) to be done. Fine tuning of the system will be completed shortly and the users can use this service immediately after the fine tuning of the system.

So it will take another 15-20 days, after which TS will take over.

co satellite Astra 2F complete it testing now fully operational............. but Gsat 10 not even test started ........ iSRO lasy people :angry

dear its there from 30 october but not any testing sign

from where did you get this information as isro have'nt release its press release. //???????????

according to n2yo.com its already on 83.01'E and altitude is around:35780.2 kms so just little more effort to make it reach it to 36000 kms

This is the rite position 35780, they will not move it further.
36000 = 35780 approx.

so that means testing will be done very soon if all the necessary works are finished

Now GSAT at 35796 km, still 204 km there. (INSAT 4A is situated at 35818 km)

It will reach in 6 days guys

TS will start in 15-20 days for sure... :k:k:k
