But they stop migration so may be few short in the list of TATA(SKY.

Now TS may not need mpeg4 migration immediately if new TPs are used. So new channel addition can be done on Gsat TPs in mpeg2. This way they can save money also in long term.

In India RTI is nothing but a joke its just a news creating thing no private firm is under it even govt. sector making it as a paper work we don't know TATA(SKY getting GSAT 10 or not we didn't even know the exact price of GSAT 10 or what is the other benefit of it except TATA(SKY.
