Hd dvr - bad experience

I have booked airtel dth hd dvr (south ultra pack 2 months free subscription) online on 22nd march at 00:30 am(yes midnight). Morning 11:35 am I got call from airtel asking transaction ID for confirmation. He said within 24hours installation team will contact me. Also I asked is there any activation charges(hidden charges ) . He said no. I thought airtel will call me at evening. But no calls.

I have to say addon pack for that I opened airtel.in yesternight after 22:00pm but airtel site down. So I left and believed today I will get installation.

When i saw the package today morning there is a change in the price. there is only 1 month subscription free shock!!. i thought march 31st end of the cable. so more demand they are doing.

But I got a call from airtel few minutes before saying that only 1 month subscription for me. Also he asked me screenshot(thinking that I don't have proof) . Omg!!! What happen to my ordered is it useless?? How airtel think that customers are fool!!!

I asked him when I ordered tell me the time? Cc said I don't have data my senior people will talk with you. You know when I ordered I know when price changed . So don't waste my time deliver the device and install. But he repeated something again and again. Thinking that 1000 times same lies will become a true. Saying the technical problem easily. If it is technical problem then why airtel swiped my money from bank? :)

Chandru from airtel customer care Bangalore called me now and gave offer!!! Let us activate the latest plan means 1 month free south ultra pack . Next month we will reimburse balance amount. How to believe them? So I asked them in written through email. He said I don't have email communication . Great escape!!! Ok just ask your superior how have all the facility with rights to contact me. So he will send email stating that he is the responsible person for my reimbursement . He said today Saturday !!! So Monday we will contact you. Till then I won't get installation I said no probs . Because, they will activate now and say we asked you there is 1 month free then only activated later.

Anybody there in the airtel who will really take care customers and solve customers problem. Anyway new dth customers will come and pay right. Why can't they solve one day customers alone? Why the first call itself didnt offering me reimbursement? After asking only they discussing and giving. It seems cunningness and making me question that really airtel have good sales team?

Congratulation For New DVR....Installation and Activation Delay Due to Holi festival , Hope New DVR installed in Early Morning ,
Package and pricing depend on current Month Scheme u can get Product of same MRP or Paying , Free Viewing Period Depend on Schemes And Currently All Have 0 Month Free Schemes, u get one month Free..Good !

otherwise ask them for full refund in 3 days.
