Help in activating a terminated connection

Are you not reading what i wrote in the first thread.I tried and the merchant gives payment error as IT IS TERMINATED.

Really It is Showing "Terminated", As per Discussion With Customer care It is Terminated By Customer's Request Not By Company, Mail the [email protected] For Activate Again...

Dish tv want increse scrap in india,

By making those stb unusable.

Trai shud take stict action against dish.

The reason i terminated was that they increased the hd premiere pack from rs 460 to rs 500 and removed espn,star sports,mtv. I got tata but realised that it is even more expensive and has half of hd channels.I tried emailing CC but they say pay rs 250.I tried paying it via internet banking but the payment does not go through.I am stuck.

I wish i had money and resources, i would have sued dish.What the point of having a unusable stb. Why waste resources?.

Go to consumer court. You dont need money or resources there. You cant sue them for connection termination as it was on your request but you can sue them for not issuing new viewing card and asking to take a new stb. As technologically its possible to re-pair the stb with another card. Thats the thing they do while replacing stb.

but here dish tv is not at fault as the thread starter himself told them to terminate the connection, thread starter should have just not recharged the stb if he did not intend to use it, calling cust care to get the connection terminated is the wrong option
