Bad luck again.. I again tried with Sharp LNB provided by D2H. It was giving 70% for Sun Direct as side LNB. But for this setup, it also behaves in the same way; locking TPs but no signal 
I have a 90cm dish but I am not able to mount it since the bolts available in the dish are not getting removed. If I can mount, I can use it for TS (prime), SD+RDTV, ABS+Real Vu, Eutelsat 70 setup. Additionally, I can place 108E as well with a difference of 23* from TS(83*) because of the size of the Dish. shawl_who bro told he got 88* and 108* (20* difference) in 75 cm dish. So, 23* difference is possible in 90cm dish. If not, I will use TS dish (75 cm) to point directly to ADTV and may be additional Asia sat 7 (105) as well. But I should first fit my 90cm dish to achieve all these
