Please help me I am on infinity pack and valid up dec 2019 I want to add aaj tak hd as I called customer care they told me that you have to do SMS and send it to 54325 from your end because they can not add this from back end but I read earlier in thi forum that if I do so I automatically shifted to new trai pack is it true some body help me out

Don't add any channel. If you add then your plan will be change
