nurul bro plz say this issue to any friend in india.
they call tatasky cc and solve your problem.

On Tata Sky website enter ur subscriber Id
then when it ask's for password click on forgot password
Then enter the text which is there.
After that you will receive a sms
Now if the registered mobile number is present in your house then all fine
Otherwise Can't help:-/:-/:'(
