Help required E118-4 Error

I am facing the same issue for a while now.

I am also getting the error E118-4 in Star Movies channel ,me from cochin.....Sun D Technician came and suggested to replace my Old coship STB to new SD+ STB ....

Only solution is to upgrade your STB either SD+ or HD

Remove the smart card and insert again, if problem persits ask cc to refresh the card it might solve ur problem

Removing and insert card solves Smart card error only does not solve Smart card return code error also note that we get all other channels except few channels like star movies etc that have changed their ......( I donno the word)....

Bro's first reset the stb & then contact cc for refresh ur account,for me after refresh,not getting this error :k
