Help : Stuckup Issues on 1000GB DVR

Hi

I am facing stuck up issues with the existing 1000GB DVR.

Its hanging too frequently, ,I don't know the problem.

In the below screenshot u can see the STB showing 0444 and the TV showing 445 channel.

I have rebooted the setup box 6 times every time it's working fine for first 3 to 4 mins

Can someone suggest how to proceed on this...?

Format the disk....and if you do not want to do that then raise a complaint, they will either fix or change your STB...
