Seeking Help How to get a job in Dth industry

Hi all
I would like to know from you all how to get a job in dth industry
I have visited each and every dth website and none has any vacancy for a fresher

I think Instead of getting direct into big companies , if you can join into a company which allows freshers to join and get expertise in the skill DTH companies needed , you can get into DTH companies ...
Sometimes relevant experience also matters

With growing DTH industry the job opportunities are also growing. For a DTH industry there are job opportunities like Technical service provider, Customer service provide, Telecaller, Manager, assistant manager(if required), Sales Executive. In terms of experience there are vacancies for freshers also but having experience is an advantage.
