I am also going nuts over my dvr500gb. Most channles audio does not come on when I record. No epg other then now and next. More annoyingly channel 517 (Nick jr) never gets recorded. I am trying to get a software update thorough members here but waiting still.

One more thing guys, is the dvr500gb and 100gb software same? Im having ID 43. Thanks people.
