Strategy being followed by Broadcasters :

If Broadcasters declare lower price as 12 now, it might be creating a public perception that channel price is lower, but Broadcasters have charged wilfully more until now. Further, they cannot increase channel prices in few months if SC verdict goes in their favour as they have accepted cost of channel is 12. This will affect their public reputation. Any benefit / reduction in price cannot be easily reversed without negative perception.

To overcome this trouble and in order to respond to TRAI's notice Broadcasters have played a safe game.

Another Rate will be published in December or January saying : we are magnanimously decreasing our prices to help customers

When will Discovery India publish their bouquet/Price? or it is NTO 2.0 compliant?

Correct.. Supreme court must grant NTO 2.0 and reduce NCF to Rs. 100 only.. or NCF should be tier based Cap
I think final judgment came nov 30, then why this changes, any chances to reduce NCF by court judgment

Wait For Broadcasters Real Game!

Hearing Their Master Plans!

Definitely Not About NTO 2.0 Pricing
Is it connection with DPOs ? They'll provide channels on Curated Packages

What about sir? They will provide discounts to DPOs and finally rates will be equal to NTO 1.0 for DPO packs
