Infinity pack is the biggest trap these days by Airtel...
Most of the customers went for this pack as they are sure that newly launched channel will be added automatically from first day. But will they add any single channel (I'm talking about for HD) in 2017??? Only star Launched (1or 2) launch maybe possible but chances are very less.
Every now and then Broadcaster launching a new HD channel and Only One DTH adding this.

respected brother  one more doubt regarding infinity hd package .  i actgivated one of my customers package to infinity hd package he got full 56 days amount credited in his account and got package to infinity hd package 3 days ago.


at the same time i had asked for another customer having 156 days left he told he get full amount credited in account but when i phoned him just now ge says 152 days are left he is in mega package of rs 456 old now 477.yesterday i was toold 2300 rs credited  for 153 days . today they are telling me only rs 1110 will be credited in customers account so clarify me how much days amount he get credit . daily burn rate is rs 15/20 as per 456. according to earlier customer he must get rs 2285 in his account . guide me what to do 1110 not acceptable for 152 days @ 15.20 rs per day

If it's compulsion, then it would be call Scam. Otherwise it's trap only my dear bro.
Every one who has LED TV & HD set top box , He will choose the service provider who has Max. HD channel count. ( there is must be some exception as well). at this point of time, Airtel has 55.(Dish-60/TS-76/D2H-57). so customers were ready to switch( there must be some exceptional too) . And on this scenario, airtel played their trump card, launched infinity pack. Now customers thinking, I am getting all the channels(well Almost all) at very less price so it's beneficial for us. But I dont know it's beneficial or not for them but definitely its a win win situation for airtel where they are able to hold cuatomers for another one year!!!!

Yes it was a trap from Airtel to retain some of the customers but that doesn't mean that they'll not add new HD channels

They have to add new customers also and with each passing year the number of new HD customers and DTH subscribers are also increasing,if they won't add HD channels every new person would opt for TS,Dish TV 
So be positive,they'll definitely add HD channels sooner or later
