I think this issue started after Reliance increased the symbol rate , which would have reduced the signal strength / quality. Please check the alignment.

If problem is for that channel only,it wont be an allignment problem, Call 18002007575 they wil sort it in 2 minutes,else you need some allignment.

When contacted Cc thy told they will send technician for checking dish alignment.once its get solved will post it.

technician came by tdy morning and he have changed lnb in dish.now channel is working normal.
