I think it was testing for few days or weeks only, later it was not available. AFAIK it was testing in 4004 V 7200 , now Pengal and Kalvi only running ..

They are in the process to continue puthu yugam as a gec itself,
Isai yuagam,Kalaicharal,Yuva,Pengal all these channels are temporarly hold.
They 1st want to distribute and cover puthu yugam to other countries.
They want to follow starvijay's footprint to start its next channel it seems.
