I saw an pdf file contains all approved channels list which it is realeased by B&I Ministery.
But now i don't have that file.

Vendhar TV starting Regular programmes on April 14th.

Puthuyugam Rebranding as youth channel from May 1st.

After watching these channels from next month if u say not interested then i will take ur comment in to account. Already they entered in to politics you can see lot of money pouring in to these networks in coming days.
