Over the weekend, the Filmmakers United Club organised a panel discussion on women actors who pushed boundaries. Moderated by filmmaker Kavitha Lankesh in conversation with actresses Shruthi, Thara, Sudharani, Priyanka Upendra and Anu Prabhakar, the discussion also had an interesting segment about patriarchy in the Kannada film industry, wherein they presented their views on why there has been a slowdown in films about women and their take on upholding women. His immediate project after Pogaru is apparently backed by Uday Mehta. Following this, he has a film along with Jaggu Dada filmmaker Raghavendra Hegde. Dhruva also has another film that will be backed by B K Gangadhar and Shivarjun.
Dhruva is also teaming up with Nanda Kishore & AP Arjun for the second time.
