Seeking Help Kids channels not coming

I have subscribed Sports Dhamaka Package. But, kids channels are not coming. Any other also facing same issue??

Looks like some issue with Tsky.
I am getting only regional Marathi channels.
No other channels.

[Edit] problem resolved by itself. Tried to chat cc before 10 mins but couldn't get through heavy traffic.
