cc is stopping its sd feed so I dont think they will apply for seperate licence, but convert the existing license to hd...afaik dth/mso are downscaling HD to get sd..

BANDHAN is an Hindi GEC and it is sister channel of Colors Viacom 18.
Like Star Plus have LifeOK and Channel V
Sony have SAB TV
Zee TV have &tv and Zindegi
They just copy each other nothing else.
