BANDHAN is an Hindi GEC and it is sister channel of Colors Viacom 18.
Like Star Plus have LifeOK and Channel V
Sony have SAB TV
Zee TV have &tv and Zindegi
They just copy each other nothing else.

Yes with Bundesliga and EPL having same kick off timings, they need another channel since they have Indian Sports on 4 channels minimum all the time.
