Firstly kudos to u and ur hard working team for making tata sky what it is today, a world class dth company dedicated to its customers. it won't have been possible without ur and ur team's dedication and hard work
I rate Tata Sky no.1 interms of quality of customer care, after sales, quality of hardware and software but the thing that pinches the most is that tata sky does not have many popular channels on their platform which all ur customers have been demanding since long
I understand the constraints and delays caused by isro in launching gsat 10 which landed tata sky not being able to add new channels at fast rate but what confuses me is that how airtel digital tv got permsiion to hire a foresign satellite ses 7 and tata sky could not hire a foreign satellite
It pinches me that new entrants like videocon d2h are far ahead in channel count and add new channel very fast but tata sky does not. By that i do not mean that tat sky has not made customers happy, ur dedicated team has given us enough things which brought smiles to our faces and that is why tata sky is the n0.1 brand in many indians hearts and they trust tata sky to the fullest. I hope that this trust and bond continues forever but atlast we r all humans and when we see other dth operators adding our fav channels so fast, we feel bad
I hope that tata sky adds new channels fast as we have been waiting for it for last 1 year. we do not have many popular channels whose list i have mebtioned many times
Currently u have space for 6 to 7 standard definition channels on insat 4a, so plz try and add baby tv which will be a replacement for cbeebies as we do not have single channels for toddlers currently on tata sky after cbeebies was removed. cbeebies facebook page is full of requets and complaints after it was removed from tata sky. Most customers r unaware tht the channel has shut down in india so adding baby tv will bring joy to their face
Similarly Nat geo adventure is a very good travel channel which showing awesome travel shows and in tata sky we only have one travel channel which is fox traveller so plz add this channel too
Both these above channels are from star group and can easily be added as star is ur sistern concern in tata sky.
Airtel digital tv and videocon d2h carry nat geo adventure while dish tv carries genuine not upscaled nat geo adventure hd
Baby tv is carried on videocon d2h platform
Now in english music genre we only have vh1 and that too shows reality shows 30 percent of the time, we lack a pure english music channel and thus tata sky should add 9X0 which is a free to air english music channel from 9x media group and is much better tha vh1
TV5 MONDE ASIE should also be added, its a very good french channel which shows travel,entertainment shows,movies and all with english subtitles.tata sky does not have a single foreign language channel so u should add this channel
Diva universal asia should be added and it will be perfect replacement for bbc entertainment.Its a very good english entertainment channels
Adding the above channels rigt now will give u big edge over others as all these channels r unique in their genre and many customers thrive for great content available
TV5 MONDE ASIE and Diva Universal Asia are free to air channels allowed legally by government and is available on most digital cable platforms
Lastly plz make MH1 Shraddha a 24 hour channel as it telacsts live aarti from maata vaishno devi gufaa daily in morning and evening hours and lakhs of ur customers r willing to see it
As and when u get more space from gsat 10 satellite the try and add the below channels too

tata sky is already very costly, atleast give more channels in that price
