I got a Message from Videocon D2H

From : DZ-VIDDTH

Dear Customer, our call center will not provide, Balance, Customer id, due date, Recharge confirmation from now onwards. Call on 18001370444 to check your account info.
 
So what will be the role of CC now onwards? package information and package change only?
 
Videocond2h may think to reduce its running cost by removing the cc peoples. ..

But are you using d2h? When did you receive this sms since I didn't receive though I am a d2h customer.
 
Yes I too received this message from d2h seems this is a austerity measure to increase revenue , as the HD access fee to is part of the same exercise.
