D Sport licence still remains same, but D Sport HD licence has been changed into Eurosport HD.

Guess bcoz there is case ongoing related to DSport licence hence changes cannot be done there till final verdict is out.

Delhi HC heard both sides and disposed of the case with notings for the Ministry. Lex Sportel stance on ownership of uplink license approved by Delhi High Court. Will write a detailed article on that in a day or two

Eurosport gets a license as well. Just updated sometime back.

Delhi High Court Judgment on 24th February 2020 directing MIB to take a decision within 8 weeks. Decision out in 3 weeks. Those keen to know in entirety about Lex Sportel - Discovery spat can read the above Judgement. Lex Sportel likely to challenge this decision as well.
