Seeking Help MIN 100 HD Box - Skip channels feature not working

My Airtel Digital TV Hd box , Min 100 model skip channels for unsubscribed channels feature not working , whereas my brother has same box with different sw version is working, what to do? , and also I couldn’t manually updaTe software for this setup box model using traditional 2465 method

Not sure how to update
