IMO Comcast is the most suitable partner for Zee. As it is a global competitor against Disney they can give enough money and resources for Zee to give equal competition to Star in India.

It is difficult to push out Foreign media conglomerates once they had given some control over regional networks. Eventually they will swallow the whole company.if this happens(ie Comcast aquires stake in Zee) then surely in future Zee become a complete foreign owned network like Star.
