Go for selfcare cc has no information regarding 5250 I have activated it during cash back offer it is available from starting..

ok.. so this is the method

Recharge for 5250 first. then goto selfcare and change pack to Infinity ARP of 5250

There are many packs on self care available at discounted price...

current settings is on Stereo. I checked with both Dolby Digital & Dolby Digital Plus, but then i lost volume control from STB remote.
b/w my TV is Sony 32W562D. Saw something like if ur TV is not supported you will loose control on remote.

also how to change audio feed. Nat Geo, Fox Life & History TV audio feed is in Hindi. Want to change it to English

I know answer for this query only bro so telling ..
  • Press menu in remote -> settings -> user settings -> language settings in that select audio 1 language and audio language 2 (1 for primary , 2 for secondary) .. Then press blue button to save the changes ..
  • After that tune to appropriate channel , press blue button in remote .. Audio box will display select the audio using arrow keys (left , right) in centre of remote .. Then press ok button to save the changes ..
