Nat Geo Music & Nat Geo People currently showing banner that "channel is temporarily unavailable from the broadcaster due to technical failure"

I can confirm the shutdown. In my cable same channels are present. But there is no way to subscribe either channel.
 
r these hd channels if yes then no such problem on dishtv working fine
