ip bro so we can activate alacarte pack as below 150rs. Ex) we can activate range of 140rs. Or it will meet the value 150rs. :huh ..

Sai bro, for ala carte, u need to pick for at least Rs.150. Example, you cannot pick 14 channels of Rs.10 each. You have to pick 15 channels of Rs.10 each.

ok bhaiya but in post #30 ip bro told little different :shy .. You can able to pick even 1 channel for 10rs. But the package cost is 172 we have to 172/m instead 10/m :shy ..

Guys i think changing the entire alacarte pack (moving to regular monthly pack) & modifying channels in alacarte pack is different .. Will clarify regarding locking period soon ..

Dump reply from adtv cc angry .. They ask me mail to [email protected] for T&C :angry:angry:eek .. So asusual @ip bro plz throw some light regarding locking period of alacarte package nj ..

My current alacarte base pack cost is 172 +105 (HD combo addons for 11 channels) = Rs.277/-

But in selfcare Airtel shows my additional cost as 238= 133(free addons) +105 (paid addons)

I am actually paying 277 only even though I have only taken Rs.133 (alacarte topups) + 105 extra HD combo topups

For changing channel list by email the lock-in is 15 days. But if you call paid cc line they will change instantly.

bro there is no rocket science.
add channels upto 150/- and Base pack will be 172/-(incl tax)
later U can also add any no of channel through topup that depend on u.

Still not activated  im seriously fed up with this airtel dth :angry , why they make opting for alacarte this difficult ?

I made a exact 150rs list submitted it on 5th [willl be 48hrs by 8:30pm tonight ] , i made a second message yesterday [appending customer name ] lets see what happens .

i recharged with 300rs on 5th ,ive told them to remove all packages in message and add fta alacarte pack with my list of channels .
editied above message please check will be 48hr by 8:30pm to night


Main question is why customer people are not helping with alacarte ? [ double work for users ]
