Bro I am on 12M ARP pack

My ARP will be end on 15th December 2017

Called CC(033-44448080) and requested him to change My plan 99 to New My Plan 199.
He said this pack is not available in WEST BENGAL . :angry :wall
He denied to change pack.
Later ordered him to transfer call to Senior.
And Hold the line for 15 odd minutes.
Then senior guy, really polite, said it is available in your region and activated the New my plan 199 pack.
now getting the extra channels (all Hindi Movie channels, Natgeo,AP, Abp, Aaj Tak, Zee News, 9xm, 9xJalwa)

Same happened with me too. He said no such channel are available then, I requested him to check once again it may possible that you are not updated about it. Then, he said yes sir it is available.
