tccl have das license or not.reason behind delay of tccl is set top box issue or no das license

yes, both TRAI and arasu will do everything to save SCV. All moves by them has only benifitted SCV.
 
When will TCCL come?? Is the 23 Jan atleast the real or Arasu trying to stop it so SCV can rule chennai??
 
Yes, all fate. I first though Arasu to be pro people but all of their works looks like they are pro SCV.

their quality of channels not too good in other parts TN.
Most of the channels (english, sports, channels) are not in good quality .
SCV is much better in that quality.
But am against of both of them
Need more number of MSOs and tough competition will only benefit the people.
 
Yes, too learned the same. They seem collect Rs 100 and most of the channels are with very poor quality.

We need better MSO's in chennai with better quality and more channels for an affordable cost.
