Tccl new mso from chennai is not going to start its operations from january 18th onwards due to technical problem they change the starting date to january 23rd.

Yes, its boring to keep on wait. :angry :angry. Also SCV seems to go ahead with the Analogue mode as no pressure from them on purchasing the STB and no Ad also. :huh :huh

TCCL seems not to be started soon. My LCO said they dont have set top boxes. He also said something like license is given for the MSO who has existing CAS license. So no chance for TCCL to get DAS license. Anyhow let us see till 23rd..

mso have no cas license . they will buy das license. example:athar cable vision, crystal.
govt can delay das license for tccl.because they affect scv .
