Breaking New Software update for videocon d2h

In my native using hd box I update the software videocon D2h logo changed to D2h in Bangalore I am using smart box in that I update the software but still showing videocon d2h

I too have 2266 iR, however during update I get the attached screen and update is not happening. What am I doing wrong, can anybody help?

It is simple. Switch off your STB then push and hold your reset button of STB, then switch it on and release the reset button after few minutes. It will start download the latest software automatically and install.

Unlike tata sky or airtel latest OTA software updates r not available always on satellite of dish or d2h. Hence u might not be able to download at some instances even after following the required procedure
